About lightbox and what it is:


The lightbox is a flat-based surface that is highlighted behind the images when the images are laid upon from one source to another source.


Artists will sketch the images and traced on dark ink with a piece of paper and transfers it into light surfaces on an art paper.

The Entrepreneur and Inventor who introduced the Lightbox are Kenneth Wood.



Origin of Lightbox


This is used in photogenic sot of plates which is flat in shape such type is called a light table. This light is used as equal as sunlight which strengthens the same light which is reflected on the glass pane.



Three common types of lightboxes are:


  • Fluorescent light boxes.

Purpose of lightbox

Creation of a lightbox


Step1. Choose a Cardboard Box


To create a Displaying lightbox is to need a huge cardboard box. The box is the more extensive variety of objects of different sizes that can click the pictures.

Step 2. Mark the Windows on Every Side of the Box

Step 3. Make the Windows on the Box

Step 4. Cut out a Piece of a White fabric with covers the Board Identical to the Box



The thick sheet of white paper which is on the upper part of the DIY lightbox gets fit precisely into the box, by removing the unnecessary edges by using the cutter or scissors. This board should be nearly twice as large as the upper side and equal in the width of the box.


Step 5. Cover the Windows



The upper edge has a selected material that fastens it to one of the windows with the help of glue or tape. Then it moves onto the opposite sides while letting the material hang down over the window. This same must be done to all the windows of the photo lightbox.

Step 6. Fasten the Poster Board Inside of the Box



It also fasts the opposite edge of the board to the box's bottom by using one of the more pieces of tape that can be careful which not to wrinkle or fold the poster board which gets slightly curved by angling it along the backside of the bottom corner.


Step 7. Use Lightbox
